Personality & History
Rosemarne (although most people call her Marnie, if only out of pity) was born to a muggle anthropologist and spent much of her life not knowing who her father was. She knows him now only as 'John Baddock' and has yet to actively seek him out. As a result she doesn't know she's related to a Hobgoblin, but that's probably for the best. She's been interested in ballet since she can remember and has recently landed a part-time contract with the Russian Wizarding Ballet (and she'll bring this up as often as she possibly can).
Because of the M.A.G.I.C. Act, Marnie married Mycroft Doge to restore her ability to use the floo network and travel to Russia for her ballet. She's (obviously) rather impulsive and prone to extremes of emotion that will leave other people a bit disoriented. Her mother raised her to be very affectionate, and so she has few physical boundaries when it comes to invading other peoples' space.
